Release 1.1.3: Settings readability fixes

Summary

• The Settings window is taller and Preferences is more compact, so the Updates card is fully visible.
• Disabled Save current and Restore buttons stay readable.
• Switches that are off keep a visible outline in both appearances.
• Zone grid lines and the footnotes in Zones and Preferences are easier to read.
• Version 1.1.3, build 16.
