feat: add gallery media for the testimonial reel focus block - #22

Its card was the last one still reading "Preview coming soon". The recording was a full-window capture, so the frame is cropped past the browser chrome — tabs, address bar and toolbar — and in to the reel itself, which also reads better at card size. 1280x800, 30fps, no audio track, and the poster is frame one so the swap on hover is invisible.
