Preview terminal: 300ms fade-rise on session ready (and restart) - #29

Conversation
The first TUI frame used to pop in instantly when the snapshot session reported ready. #terminal now starts in a .boot state (opacity 0, 6px down) and eases to full visibility over 300ms ease-out when the first frame is written — on initial load and on every restart. prefers-reduced-motion shows the terminal instantly. The terminal's first frame popped in instantly when the snapshot session reported ready. #terminal now starts .boot (opacity 0, translateY(6px)) and transitions to full over 300ms ease-out when the first frame is written — on load and on restart. prefers-reduced-motion renders it instantly. Opacity/transform only, so it stays on the compositor.
