[G4 OP4K-018] Independently admit corrected 1.15.31 native parser and three-checkpoint Anvil guest

Private #627 terminal OP4J-017 evidence: one-use 017 run 38822375607 terminal HARNESS_FAILURE, signed producer SUCCESS, actual TrueNAS T0–T5 SUCCESS, Minecraft product probe no receipt. Source causal defect: CLI argparse looked at old Paper-only choices before registering 1.15.31. 016 and 017 permanently consumed, never replay.

Expected-head fix PR #484 independently passed five source tests, merged experimental SHA f7733aec1811ac87012ed5b97e56f54c5217ee96, scoped parser admits vanilla 1.15.31 before client code; rejects foreign/Paper profile early without DDP or world mutation. Source+consumer already pinned verified Foundry 5ee204df205edfd531304441fd1a6a24004557b1 and 1.15.31 control digest 59516bbbcb1750af6f0cb1c624756f08113a070acc11c60affe94d2bbd8d8dd5.

One new immutable request

Change solely config/truenas-rdte-run-request.json fresh request ID to tn-25-04-2-6-t6-vanilla-263-op4k-018-parsed-native-anvil-three-checkpoint with bounded purpose; preserve 25.04.2.6, authority 423/consumer 627, source, legacy read-only G2 TLS six markers, actual G3 snapshot rollback, synthetic G4 offline client loopback, and all three server-owned stopped-region Anvil checkpoints/phase-coded sanitized diagnostic and zero-residue teardown. No new privileges, actual COLLEGE APPLY, external accounts, complete Two Rivers or physical TrueNAS. Regression tests explicitly exclude 016/017 and bind 018.

Gates

This PR itself is source-only; no KVM guest until after independent exact-head native/Prep RDTE source PASS, merged-commit recheck, no active heavyweight GHA, and expected-head merge. That single merge will dispatch one new public/free serialized 018 native guest. No replay even on failure; receipt must independently qualify preaction/candidate/rollback or fail closed with phase and cleanup status. Physical APPLY HOLD.
