feat: add new abstract preview images & favicon

[SamuelIVX]

Replaced text-heavy preview images with sleek abstract tech concept images for interleave, paycore, clarify, and foodsense. Also updated the favicon to a modern vector logo. Cleaned up Vite asset loading logic.
