Bare member DNs fail on the forest root for tree domains (0x80072030). Invoke DirectoryEntry.Add with LDAP://<member-dc>/<dn> so the object is resolved on the member's DC (requires DNS/conditional forwarders). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
