[Docs] Correct recent workflow and setup guidance

What changed

• update integration setup instructions for the top-level Integrations page
• document standard Home suggestions without the removed experimental toggle
• describe deployment default destinations and explicit automation destination precedence
• align update-announcement guidance with stable release selection, complete authored highlights, and Run now behavior

Why this change was made

The daily public-documentation audit found these workflows had changed on develop while the public guides still described the previous navigation, controls, or behavior. The audit covered all 45 first-parent commits in the exact prior-24-hour window and avoided duplicating the still-unmerged remote MCP expansion in #2844.

Impact

Users and deployment admins now get current setup paths and accurate expectations for Home suggestions, automation routing, and Roomote update announcements. This is a documentation-only change.

This update changes the first navigation reference, but lines 55-56 still tell administrators to use Settings -> Integrations. The route is now top-level Integrations (/integrations), so this guide remains internally contradictory. Please update that remaining instruction too.
