Adds stratless: a free MIT CLI that generates skills from the user's own Codex/Claude Code session history — measured locally, each skill citing the evidence counts that earned it, installed into the native skills directory only on an explicit yes. Zero runtime dependencies; nothing leaves the machine. Disclosure: I'm the author.
