Adds a maintained, Codex-specific AGENTS.md challenge to the AGENTS.md Templates section.
The repository is independently useful without UIZZE: it is MIT-licensed, dependency-free, exercises five UI states, includes a fail-closed verifier, and requires rendered desktop/narrow evidence before calling the task finished. Its optional UIZZE link is labeled and tracked separately.
