[Submit Project]: Shipvela publishing plugin and skills #64
Description
Project Name
Shipvela publishing plugin and skills
GitHub Repository URL
https://github.com/stefanautomateed/shipvela-codex
Category
CLI & Developer Productivity
Short Description (1-2 sentences)
MIT-licensed publishing skills and client configuration for coding agents to connect to Shipvela's OAuth MCP service, stage public website files for owner review, and track deployment status and logs. They cover website publishing from existing coding-agent workflows; they do not generate code or provide a self-hosted server.
Primary Language / Stack
Markdown skills, JSON client/plugin manifests, CLI workflow documentation
Open Source License
MIT: https://github.com/stefanautomateed/shipvela-codex/blob/main/LICENSE
Verification
- This repository is 100% open source and public.
- This is not spam, crypto scam, or affiliate promotion.
Additional context
The submitted client/plugin repository is public and MIT-licensed. The separate Shipvela hosting application runtime is private; this submission does not claim that the hosting server is open source. A Shipvela account and owner-approved connection are required. Hobby is a non-expiring free plan with 3 static-site projects, 20 publishes per month, custom domains and managed HTTPS without a card; paid plans add capacity and supported Next.js SSR. Installing a skill alone does not connect an account or authorize publishing.

Docs/pricing: https://shipvela.com/docs and https://shipvela.com/#pricing
Checks: public source/license/setup/docs resolve; no existing Shipvela entry or all-state nomination found. The published workflow requires owner confirmation, excludes credentials/environment files from staged content, and only reports success after the exact deployment succeeds. Existing native client/deployment coverage is documented in the public repo.
I initially prepared a free-cloud data addition and local data validation passed, but the unmodified repository-wide link checker aborts with TypeError: code.includes is not a function at scripts/check-links.ts:188. No PR with a failed required checker was submitted, and this does not certify all catalog endpoints. I am using the documented issue intake for the public MIT client plugin so maintainers can assess its fit.
Disclosure: I am Stefan Mitrovic, Shipvela's founder at Content Petit LLC. This nomination was prepared with Codex assistance. No paid placement, referral tracking or customer credentials.
