Fixes compatibility issues with nx script syntax
Proposed Changes
Changes all script names with colons to use dashes instead and updates all references and documentation around those script names.
Reason for Changes
Nx doesn't do well with colons in script names. This sets us up to be able to do more complex task running with nx.
