Summary
Documentation-only: replace historical compatibility rollout notes with current metadata references and add the matching Simplified Chinese README section.
Why
The English compatibility notes describe an earlier rollout and include outdated metadata values. The Chinese README has no corresponding section.
Changes
qsl.tomlinstead of duplicating version and ring values.Testing
git diff --checkpassed.npm ci --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund,node --check main.js, andbash tests/test_workflow_config_sources.shpassed. The local Node.js version differs from the repository's Node.js 20 CI requirement; npm reported an engine warning.Risk and rollback
The change affects two README sections. Runtime code, dependencies, workflows, configuration, and existing safety restrictions are unchanged. Revert the documentation commit to restore the previous text.
