Summary

Import the already generated and reviewed October 2 theme momentum snapshot into the existing data/output/theme_momentum_snapshot.json path. This is an explicitly approved one-time generated-artifact import through a normal PR. The existing CONTRIBUTING policy is unchanged; this approval does not establish a general generated-artifact publishing policy or a market-data redistribution license.

Exactly one file changes. The file is copied byte-for-byte from the artifact below, without JSON reserialization, recomputation, or timestamp changes. It contains research-derived theme metrics and rankings only, with no raw market-price series, account data, or credentials.

This one-time import does not restore recurring publication and does not guarantee nonzero final recommendations. AI provenance and company-entity acceptance remain separate requirements.
