fix(console): stop repeating the non-trading label on Overview - #995

The runs KPI showed "Non-trading day" in both the sub-line and the footer badge. The badge now carries the state alone, and the missing-record sentence applies only to a normal business day. Add UI coverage for the binding-rotation day detail and the weekend KPI.
