Adds a bounded schema-only diagnostic to the existing manual read-only preflight for the fixed console baseline version. It emits only approved field names, types and counts; binding names, values, response bodies and raw errors remain suppressed.
The normal preflight keeps its two GETs; opting into this diagnostic adds one fixed GET. Read-only mode still excludes deployment and rollback. The existing publisher and rollback bodies are unchanged.
Validation: 8 native diagnostic cases, 18 independent privacy/boundary cases, the existing deployment-safety suite and actionlint passed. No live diagnostic request or deployment is performed by merging this PR.
