Adds an opt-in release mode for the reviewed console frontend map over the fixed e2a backend. It builds without publishing, inherits the existing Worker bindings, validates the uploaded version against the retained runtime configuration, and activates it only after fresh version checks. It does not synchronize secrets, profiles, triggers or unrelated newer Worker code. The default deployment mode remains available.
The release is fixed to frontend source 456853b and the existing 2beea000 rollback version. Version inheritance uses the latest uploaded version; the workflow requires the expected latest/active versions and serializes its own releases, but does not claim provider compare-and-swap against external writers. Unknown outcomes stop for readback without retry or force fallback.
Validation: native offline deployment-safety tests, 54 release-flow cases, actionlint and independent scoped review passed. No live deployment has been performed by this PR.
