docs: record verified October 3 theme consumption

Summary

Update only the four existing English/Chinese recovery sections in docs/system_design* and docs/data_factor_roadmap* with verified stage evidence.

• Record merged schedule fix QAR fix: schedule weekly advisory after the closed UTC cutoff #79 and the one-time reviewed theme import RSCP feat: add private preview workspace foundation #55.
• Record the real October 3 consumer acceptance from Weekly run 37515064136, including actual checkout commits, original theme SHA256, and the recomputed five-input digest.
• Record 43 direct Yahoo market-confirmation rows and disjoint final results: four recommendations and four watchlist symbols. AI provenance remains untrusted and all 11 events remain unaccepted as company evidence.
• Keep public-site publication, accepted AI/entity data, and recurring upstream publishing visibly open. The next publication step is to confirm notification side effects of the existing entry point, then publish and verify the deployed report hash.
• Explain the existing ai_signal_score compatibility alias for medium_context_score; no protocol changes.
