Remove the obsolete parent-VPS slowrun fallback and link the existing GitHub-hosted source-event and RSS collection workflows. Explicit authorization is still required for remote work and data acquisition; this documentation change dispatches nothing and adds no backtest runtime.
Verified replacements: both workflows use
ubuntu-latest; source extraction and artifact upload succeeded in Source Event run 38071812099, and RSS collection/artifact upload succeeded in RSS run 38071267923, on October 10.Validation: reviewed the one-line diff, checked both relative workflow links and git diff --check. Required CI must pass at the locked head before a normal squash merge. No collection code, workflow, trading, deployment or authentication changes.
