Follow-up to the 2026-10-15 rename. The public QuantStrategyLab AI service repository is named
QuantStrategyLab/QuantAIService(formerlyAIAuditBridge, brieflyPersonalAIService); its README and package (quant-ai-service) already used that name. The privatePigbibi/PersonalAIServicekeeps its name.This PR only replaces repository-identity references (owner/repo strings, URLs, test fixtures). Pinned SHAs, package names and git dependency URLs in lock files are unchanged (GitHub redirects old URLs; dependency URL migration will be coordinated separately).
