Change
The scheduled IBIT BTC daily handoff is consumed during the following US trading afternoon. Its source date is recorded at the UTC daily bar opening, so the existing 36-hour freshness limit rejects a valid completed bar before the next US session. Use a 48-hour limit only in this publisher path. The shared builder default stays 36 hours.
The timestamp remains bound to the actual source date. A missed daily publication still fails before the next US trading afternoon.
