Summary
Update the English and Chinese READMEs for the owner-approved review-only monthly audit restored in CryptoLivePoolPipelines. Document the upstream published-materials flow, one single-turn request per provider, existing-issue comments, configurable caps, fail-closed monthly budget, and missing-secret/unavailable behavior.
CryptoStrategies does not run a duplicate audit or receive automatic code changes. Upstream selector/shadow metrics do not establish downstream strategy performance or grant live promotion. A successful publisher or tracking issue alone does not prove completed API review; fixes still require PR + CI.
Validation
ruff check ., workflow syntax checks, git diff --check, and package build passed.
