Move bounded AI research and evidence review to the owning strategy repository using the project-scoped v2 task contract. Retain frozen-source, numerical execution, pending-task recovery and human adoption boundaries; retire the old AIAuditBridge dependency.
Bind pyproject and uv.lock to merged QuantPlatformKit source f6f2079f6b53d3cbb3b72bdcc5c2476ed8f170f1. Lock consistency and focused offline tests passed; required CI validates this exact head. New research workflows remain disabled until the cloud runner and native connection are qualified.
