Summary

N13 (rebuild): adopt QPK #657 execution_kernel on Schwab without behavior change on valid paths.

  • Pin quant-platform-kit → 155d74a6 (#657)
  • Add application/execution_kernel_adapter.py mapping halted-cycle facts → T2/T3
  • In execute_fire_forget, when submission_halted, consult T2/T3 then still return False (local halt wins)
  • T1 not enforced this PR: live + execution_dedup_enabled=False may reach the cycle without a claim today; forcing identity_held would change behavior

Test plan

  • PYTHONPATH=../QuantPlatformKit/src:. python3 -m unittest tests.test_execution_kernel_adapter -v (2 OK)
  • CI green on this PR
  • Existing tests/test_execution_uncertainty.py still green (halt semantics unchanged)

Out of scope

  • LongBridge / Firstrade Environment or ingress
  • Live Telegram / holdings-fills invent
  • T1 enforce / claim-store merge
  • CloudAgent

…N13)

Pin QuantPlatformKit to #657 (155d74a6) and consult pure T2/T3 guards when
execute_fire_forget is already submission_halted. Local halt still always
returns False (zero behavior change on valid paths). T1 not enforced yet:
dedup-off live cycles may lack a claim today.
CI pin-consistency failed: qsl.toml still referenced 06252329 while
pyproject/uv.lock already pointed at execution_kernel #657.
