This PR adds a step-by-step guide for compiling and running QuEST on DragonFlyBSD.
The procedure was tested successfully with QuEST 4.3.0 using GCC 13 and OpenMP. The guide also documents the DragonFlyBSD-specific C++ linking and runtime library issues encountered during compilation, together with the working solutions.
The min_example tutorial was successfully compiled and executed, producing a normalized 20-qubit statevector (Total probability: 1).
I would be happy to revise the guide or integrate it into the existing compilation documentation if another structure is preferred.
