Move the CircuitPython pin to 11.0.0-alpha.2 - #173

…, rebase the ESP-IDF components patch alpha.2 fixes the audiomixer level-1.0 rounding upstream (adafruit/circuitpython#11617: it does the multiply in integers, shifted by 15, so a level of 1.0 is exact), so patch 0007 is removed; the series skips its number. The espressif port moved to ESP-IDF 6.1 and rewrote its component list and Makefile, so 0006 (the ESP-IDF components a user C module asks for) is rebased onto it. The other patches apply unchanged.

CircuitPython builds now use 11.0.0-alpha.2 (d53b2277c). Its core is still MicroPython 1.29, so UPSTREAM doesn't move.
Patches
mult16signednow multiplies in integers and shifts by 15, so a level of 1.0 is exact. The series skips the number, as the MicroPython one does.ESP-IDF. alpha.2's espressif port builds with ESP-IDF 6.1 (6.0 before). The component pins in
deps.lock(the camera sensor components, esp_h264, usb) are left where they were; the ESP32-P4 usbhost cell builds against them and will say if they need to move.Checked locally. The unix port builds with all the patches applied and reports
CircuitPython 11.0.0-alpha.2. The audiodsp tests that run on it pass (ring_through_mixer.py: 1063 checks), and the repository's unit tests pass. The espressif cells are left to CI.The README-level version mentions (build plan, displayif's UPSTREAM note, the workflow comment) now say alpha.2 / ESP-IDF 6.1.
