AGENTS.md is now 11 lines of tips. The layout tour and the history are cut. The oracle, the deeper parity gates and the two-kinds-of-golden rule moved to a new page, docs/how-it-works/parity-gates.md (written without any workspace paths); the rules summary in CONTRIBUTING.md already covered the rest. CIRCUITPYTHON_ORACLE and porting-plan no longer point at AGENTS.md. Adds a one-line CLAUDE.md.
