Add remaining eight broker providers and documentation

Completes the remaining broker implementations from #22 and documents the full 12-provider ecosystem.

Providers added

• AWS SQS — WithSQS
• AWS SNS — WithSNS
• Google Cloud Pub/Sub — WithGCPPubSub
• Azure Service Bus — WithAzureServiceBus
• Apache Pulsar — WithPulsar
• MQTT — WithMQTT
• PostgreSQL — WithPostgres
• NSQ — WithNSQ

Documentation

• README includes all eight new providers with EventStore-first examples
• hosted documentation now advertises all 12 official brokers
• provider capability matrix covering acknowledgements, retries/redelivery, ordering, and grouping
• dedicated configuration/semantics sections for SQS, SNS, GCP Pub/Sub, Azure Service Bus, Pulsar, MQTT, PostgreSQL, and NSQ
• ownership and shutdown semantics documented
• transaction documentation updated to apply to every official broker option

Shared semantics

All new providers use the existing EventStoreOption architecture and support:

• DecideAndSubscribe
• PublishToProvider
• configured Consume(ctx)
• string projection validation
• custom EventCodec
• graceful shutdown / provider lifecycle
