The production dashboard now has its data, so this is ready. It points the archived deck at policyengine.org/slides/autumn-budget-2026 to the dashboard's permanent address instead of the test deploy (ab2026-local-preview.vercel.app).

What changes

  • Slide 6's frame, and the closing slide's address and QR code: they now use https://policyengine.org/uk/budgets/autumn-2026 (sources.dashboard in content.ts). The address beside the slide title becomes policyengine.org.
  • The QR code (public/images/autumn-budget-2026/dashboard-qr.svg): regenerated with segno, version 4, error correction M, in the same 410px format as before. It decodes to https://policyengine.org/uk/budgets/autumn-2026 exactly, which I checked by decoding its PNG with OpenCV at scale 10 and at scale 3.
  • README and speaker notes: they now name the new address.

Rebases on 28 October

Checked at about 22:05Z on 28 October

  • The production dashboard has data. https://www.policyengine.org/uk/autumn-budget-2026/data/manifest.json returns 200 and lists 7 measures. It is identical, key for key, to the test deploy's manifest that the webinar showed.
  • The page loads with it. https://policyengine.org/uk/budgets/autumn-2026 shows "All 7 policies", and the Policies tab lists each measure with its costing row.
  • The redirects keep the query. ?tab=policies&sub=living survives both 307 hops (policyengine.org to www, then /uk/budgets/autumn-2026 to /uk/autumn-budget-2026).
  • Nothing blocks the frame. No hop sends X-Frame-Options or a Content-Security-Policy.

The YouTube recording's description now links the same address (changed on Max's word at about 22:07Z on 28 October).

Slide 4's frame, the closing slide's address and its QR code move from the
test deploy to the dashboard's policyengine.org address, which
policyengine-app-v2 #1249 serves. The QR code is regenerated with segno
(version 4, error correction M, the same 410px format) and decodes to
https://policyengine.org/uk/budgets/autumn-2026 exactly.

Merge only once that address returns 200 and loads in the frame.

Merging at c6c7d53 (base 9531a69).

  • Independent review: GPT-6.1 Sol (Subfleet job 20261028-180610-slides83-review) approved with no findings.
  • Live checks: Sol's sandbox had no network, so I ran them myself just before merging.
    • The address and its ?tab=policies&sub=living query survive both 307 hops to a final 200.
    • No hop sends X-Frame-Options or a CSP.
    • The production manifest returns 200 JSON with 7 measures, identical to the test deploy's.
  • Checks: Build, Lint, Tests and both Vercel checks pass on this head. Merge state is CLEAN.
