Mark the census-spm lane as computed through the registry - #179

Conversation
The lane said "registered", but its 104 claims (Census State SPM poverty rates, all people and children under 18, 50 States, DC and US, 2022-2024 three-year averages) arrive through the populace reform-validation registry with PE results on two releases, us-6.2.1 included, and batch 2 diagnosed 15 of them. The note now says so and keeps the holdout doctrine. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
The
census-spmlane saidregisteredwith no counts. But its 104 claims arrive through the populace reform-validation registry, and each has PE results:pe_gapThis sets the stage to
computedwith the standard "N of M claims computed" note, and keeps the holdout doctrine text. No code writes this lane, so the feed entry is edited directly in both copies, as in #168. The build reads it back unchanged.Test plan
