Master now pins policyengine[models]==6.12.0 (#4156), so this branch no longer differs from master in its .py pin, and the bundle-support check no longer compares the stale 6.11.1 pin with the simulation API's routes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
