feat(matricole): load freshman content from the backend - #193

Keep the branch's src/components/matricole/constants.ts: the freshman cards, Telegram links and FAQs now come from web.freshman.getContent. Main's new materials link is carried by the backend's freshman migration and seed.

Backend 4.0.0 (RFC v3 Phase 6) is the release in production. The site uses none of the removed exports.
