Bring the Su di noi page from feat/chi-siamo-page onto main, replacing the fluid spacing utilities that only exist on that branch with the max-w-330 column and section gaps used by the other pages.

Adds the "Su di noi" page at
/chi-siamo, already linked from the header and footer.The page comes from
feat/chi-siamo-page(#180, merged intofix/consistent-page-spacing, notmain). That version relied on fluid spacing utilities (page-container,gap-section,gap-block,pt-page-top,pb-section) that don't exist onmain; they are replaced with the content column and section gaps used by the team, join and structure pages (max-w-330 px-6,gap-24 md:gap-36,gap-10 md:gap-14). No other files change.Validation:
pnpm typecheckandpnpm exec biome ci .pass. Checked in the browser at 390 and 1440px without horizontal overflow.
