Ripristina il layout e gli sfondi del footer precedenti alla modifica della PR #182 (e8ab380): titolo sfumato, barra con sei social, link su due colonne e copyright.

Mantiene funzionanti i collegamenti social, /join, /contact e la segnalazione problemi. Ripristina localmente anche padding, gap e altezza automatica della barra social, senza cambiare il componente condiviso usato dalle altre pagine. I link legali rimangono segnaposto, come nella versione precedente.

Modifica soltanto src/components/footer/index.tsx e src/components/footer/shapes.tsx. Verificati TypeScript, Biome, git diff --check e il rendering a 320, 390, 768 e 1440 px senza overflow; controllati immagini e URL del footer.
