docs: add the service integration guide (RFC v3 Phase 6) - #70
Level 2, call the backend: client credentials with auth-kit (serviceTokenSource, retry on 401, in-cluster URL, NetworkPolicy), or authorization code with resource for a signed-in person.
Permissions and roles: how to create permissions and attach them to roles.
Level 3, a new resource server: which IdP files to change today.
I checked these against origin/main of auth, auth-kit, backend, web and admin:
serviceTokenSource takes privateKey, tokenUrl and tokenAudience. createKeyStore takes jwksUrl and persistence and needs start().
verifyAccessToken needs issuer, and the actor comes from resolveActor. The event receiver is a separate function, createAccessEventHandler.
Projections have no prefixes. The single backend projection carries every permission except idp:*.
A new resource server needs IdP code changes (serviceResources, apiScopes, ACCESS_PROJECTIONS, access-snapshot.ts, access-dispatcher.ts), not only configuration.

Walkthrough
The README describes backend login removal and distinguishes user sign-in from service access. The new guide documents IdP integration levels, identity and authorization, backend access, key rotation, and implementation requirements. The RFC links to the guide.

Summary
Integration scope and identity README.md, docs/idp-telegram-integration-rfc-v3.md, docs/service-integration-guide.md
The README distinguishes authorization-code sign-in with PKCE from service access with client credentials. It describes backend login removal, old-cookie expiry, and remaining policy questions. The RFC links to the implemented guide. The guide defines integration levels and covers sign-in, token validation, identity claims, and permission checks.
Backend access and authorization docs/service-integration-guide.md
The guide documents service and signed-in-person backend access, token handling, permission administration, and resource-server requirements.
Key rotation and integration checklist README.md, docs/service-integration-guide.md
The guide documents signing-key and client-key rotation, an integration checklist, and differences from RFC v3 §14. The README replaces its migration checklist with backend login status, a guide link, and remaining policy questions.

Explanation
The title "docs: add the service integration guide (RFC v3 Phase 6)" names the main change. The PR adds docs/service-integration-guide.md, which covers service sign-in, backend access, permissions, resource servers, key rotation, and a checklist. The title is specific, short, and free of file lists or vague terms. It omits the README cutover edit and the RFC §14 note, which are secondary changes.

83-83: 🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration
The RFC defines token verification and policy middleware, but it does not establish that a backend 401 can occur after procedure execution. The post-side-effect 401 scenario remains hypothetical, so the guide does not require this change based on the inspected repository.

⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Remove the stale §14 instructions.
The new note points readers to the guide, but §14.3 still instructs implementers to add prefixes: ["rooms:"] and says that the IdP needs no code changes beyond step 1. The guide says projections have no prefixes and that a new resource server needs IdP code changes. Update or mark those RFC statements so following §14 does not produce an invalid integration.

Review comments at @docs/service-integration-guide.md:
- Line 6: Clarify the identity and authorization statement so it distinguishes
token presence from validated claims: Level 1 services must not treat an ID
token alone as permission, but should authorize using validated
polinetwork_permissions claims from the ID token or UserInfo.
- Line 86: Update the “Call the backend in-cluster” guidance to reflect the
current deployment state: public exposure uses a Cloudflare tunnel managed
outside git, and no NetworkPolicy exists today. Remove the in-cluster-only
assertion and the instruction to add callers to the backend NetworkPolicy; do
not present planned tunnel-route or NetworkPolicy changes as current behavior.
Review comments at @README.md:
- Line 338: Qualify the PKCE recommendation in the README so it applies
specifically to user-facing sign-in clients, not all new services. Keep the
existing token-validation, scope, and API-permission guidance intact.

Phase 6 publishes the RFC §14 integration guide. It covers signing
people in, calling the backend as a service or for a signed-in person,
creating permissions, and what a new resource server needs, with the
auth-kit API as it is implemented. It lists where the implementation
differs from §14: auth-kit option names, projections without prefixes,
and IdP code changes for a new resource server.
The README's pre-cutover migration notes are replaced: the backend's
own login is gone.

- Line 391: Reconcile the README introduction with the backend-login status
described in the authentication section. Update the introduction or qualify this
section with the applicable rollout boundary so readers can distinguish which
services use the IdP and whether the backend login remains active for any
applications.
