The other three PlugRL packages already name both authors. This one named only Chenhao Lu, which left the site's own metadata disagreeing with the code it documents. plugrl-server,plugrl-env-client,plugrl-protocol— already list both authors inpyproject.toml. This repository listed only Chenhao Lu, so the documentation site's own metadata disagreed with the code it documents.Added in exactly the form the other three use: name only, no contact address.
