agent-context/SESSION-HANDOFF.mdfor 2026-08-25 and demotes the previous handoff to history.The old head block asserted two things that are now false and that actively misled this session: that PR #85 was parked and needed a replacement PR (it merged as
e2e7691), and that the rule-7 (d1/d2) question was parked on the operator (D-144 resolved it to (d1) on 2026-08-16 — corrected under D-164).Also records the 2026-08-25 operator rulings so they are not re-asked, and the traps this session paid for:
git checkout -- <dir>reverting to the index mid-refactor, a second agent session writing to the same checkout, and the:memo: chore(release):subject being the only safe one for a changelog regen.task checkEXIT=0.
