Combines Dependabot #92 (init) and #94 (analyze) — CodeQL requires init/analyze to move in lockstep, else CI fails with
Loaded a configuration file for version '4.37.8', but running version '4.37.7'. Same pattern as #73 on 2026-08-18. Closes #92 and #94 as superseded.
