Computer Science Graduate | Application Support | Technical Support | Product Support | Manual QA | Systems Analysis
I am a Computer Science graduate with a Software Engineering concentration from Southern New Hampshire University, currently pursuing an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence.
I am targeting my first professional technology role in application support, technical support, product support, manual QA/software testing, systems analysis, and implementation-oriented work. My academic and project work includes software testing, REST APIs, databases, requirements analysis, application troubleshooting, systems design, and technical documentation.
Before transitioning into technology, I built extensive professional experience in field service, customer-facing work, logistics, construction, and business ownership. That background strengthened the same habits I bring to technical work: understand the problem, communicate clearly, troubleshoot methodically, document findings, verify results, escalate when needed, and follow issues through to resolution.
| Project | What it demonstrates | Academic / Project Technologies |

| Java Service Validation and Testing | Requirements-based testing, boundary and negative cases, defect investigation, regression testing, coverage measurement, and CI quality gates | Java, JUnit 5, Maven, JaCoCo, GitHub Actions |
| DriverPass System Analysis and Design | Stakeholder requirements, functional and nonfunctional requirements, UML, traceability, security considerations, and acceptance criteria | Systems Analysis, UML, Requirements Analysis |
| Animal Rescue Operations Dashboard | CRUD operations, database-backed application behavior, validation, filtering, automated testing, and troubleshooting | Python, MongoDB, PyMongo, Dash |
