This PR cleans up the CROCO tutorial:
Wevaluation (which is intentional here)to_windowed_arrays()for speedup (note; blocked by fieldset.to_windowed_arrays is slow on CROCO tutorial - not loading time-invariant variables #2751 and its fix Load no-time vars as numpy arrays in to_windowed_arrays #2752)Checklist
