docs(roadmap): update delivery status to v2.0.0 series, b14 milestone, and Platinum IQS

🚀 Overview

PR #507 was merged with commit 391e70a, which introduced the versioned beta documentation platform, options sentinels, and the new Beta Evolution & Differences Matrix (docs/roadmap/beta-differences.md).

However, the main landing roadmap at docs/roadmap.md (/dev/roadmap/) was still reflecting the earlier v2.0.0b11 state. This PR brings docs/roadmap.md fully up to date with the latest v2.0.0 beta series and the active v2.0.0b14 milestone.

   • Updated specifications to OWNd 2.0.0b8 (HMAC SHA-1 / SHA-256).
   • Documented in-place gateway reconfiguration, declared lighting groups with assumed state (P7: lighting groups & general sync — declared groups + reactive re-sync for group/general frames #368), cover run-stop isolation locks (Mh201 and General cover button behaviour #433), Dynamic Streaming Proxy decoders, and F520 energy meters.

4. Integration Quality Scale (IQS) Realignment:

   • Updated Quality Scale status from "future workstream goals" to achieved reality: documented 100% compliance across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers (54/54 rules passing in quality_scale.yaml, verified by scripts/verify_ha_standards.py).

5. Trace Replay Schematic Updated:

   • Promoted MH202, H4890 / AM4890, F418U2 dimmers, and F520 energy meters to 🟢 Covered status in the Mermaid architecture diagram and reference tables, reflecting the real-world captures added in issues Community Call for Real-World Gateway Traces: Help Us Eliminate Hardware Blind Spots! 📡 #466, feat(sensor): proactive bus sweep and discovery for F520 energy meters (Dimension 1200 / 113) #494, [Test]: Add BTicino F418U2 modern dimmer golden samples and trace replay on F454 gateway #501, and test(golden): add BTicino F418U2 modern dimmer samples on F454 and MH200 (#466, #501) #502.
