Add support for the trumpet instruments introduced in Minecraft 26/26.1

Minecraft introduced four new instruments in Java edition in 26.1 snapshot 7, this issue serves as a tracker for the implementation of this feature.

There aren't numerical ids for the copper block and its variants. However, bedrock is still using numerical ids and we can make use of those

We would also need to bump the NBS format version by 1 since files with newer instruments will not open in older versions

These are the numerical ids for the copper block variants

copper_block           -340
exposed_copper         -341
weathered_copper       -342
oxidized_copper        -343
waxed_copper_block     -344
waxed_exposed_copper   -345
waxed_weathered_copper -346
waxed_oxidized_copper  -446

We'll be using the waxed variants as default since they don't change over time

Here is a test build with the new instruments
link removed, please use the latest beta instead
note that the file format has become 6, so it won't open in the current RELEASE version
and it's subject to change, be sure to back up your files when trying this!

ps: if you go to save options and choose v5, it will actually save the new instruments as custom ones so you can have it opened in other tools
