After #1132, two DocBook xinclude values remain in the server tool messages:
tool.properties:2616-2617
SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_PSEARCH_INFO_20002=<xinclude:include href="description-psearch-info.xml" />
SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_CONTROLS_20003=<xinclude:include href="variablelist-ldap-controls.xml" />
Nothing in the code references ToolMessages.SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_PSEARCH_INFO or ToolMessages.SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_CONTROLS: the tools that document these supplements use their own copies, already converted to AsciiDoc — tools.properties (SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_PSEARCH_INFO=include::./_description-psearch-info.adoc[]) and cli.properties (SUPPLEMENT_DESCRIPTION_CONTROLS=include::./_variablelist-ldap-controls.adoc[]). So nothing is broken on the site today, but whoever wires one of these two messages to a server tool reintroduces the #1128 leftover.
Expected: remove the two unused messages, or convert them to the include::./_….adoc[] form like the rest.
Found while fixing #1128.
