Closes #260.

Brings the app to the icon and TV banner shared by the OpenIPC Android apps. All resources are generated by the OpenIPC brand kit (brand.py 0.4.0, make-res.sh Decoder), not drawn by hand.

What changes

  • Launcher icon, Android 8+ (mipmap-anydpi-v26/ic_launcher.xml): adaptive, the white vertical OpenIPC logo (sign + "OpenIPC") on the brand blue #4C60D8, inside the 66 dp safe zone; the same layer is the monochrome one for themed icons (Android 13+).
  • Launcher icon, Android 5–7.1 (mipmap/ic_launcher.xml): a vector rounded square with the same logo, since minSdk is 21.
  • Android TV banner (drawable/banner.xml, 320×180): the icon on the left, "Decoder" in the brand blue on a white panel on the right; android:banner now points to it instead of the launcher icon.
  • The app name is not on the icon: the launcher shows it from android:label, as before.
  • The old 256 px WebP (icon and banner in one) is removed.
  • Version 2.19.1 (versionCode 49), CHANGELOG section.

Checks

  • Local build in Docker (compot/android), as in CI: testDebugUnitTest, lintDebug (no new findings), assembleRelease.
  • aapt2 dump badging: icon and banner resolve to the new vectors, leanback-launchable-activity present.
  • APK 158 066 bytes, +7.1 KB against 2.19.0 (Reduce APK size: 107.5 KiB → ~104.5 KiB (already near the floor) #181).
  • To do on devices before merge: the TV home screen of a box and the app list of a phone.

Resources from the OpenIPC brand kit (local/brand, brand.py 0.4.0,
make-res.sh Decoder), not drawn by hand:
- adaptive icon (mipmap-anydpi-v26): the white vertical OpenIPC logo on
  #4C60D8, the same layer as the monochrome one for themed icons;
- mipmap/ic_launcher.xml: a vector rounded square for API 21-25
  (minSdk 21);
- drawable/banner.xml: the 320x180 TV banner, icon on the left, the
  name on a white panel; android:banner now points to it.

The old 256 px WebP icon and banner is removed. APK 158 066 bytes,
+7.1 KB against 2.19.0 (#181).

High-Level Assessment

The following are alternative approaches to this PR:

1. Use a raster TV banner
  • ➕ May render more reliably on TV launchers that handle vector banners poorly.
  • ➖ Duplicates generated artwork and sacrifices vector scaling.

Recommendation: Keep the generated vector resources for consistent branding and scaling. Check the banner on a physical TV launcher before merge; use a generated raster banner only if compatibility issues appear.
