Brings opengridx-ai-context.md (stuck at 3.7.0) and the README up to date with 3.10.1, and adds the context file to check:versions so its version can't go stale again.

• Context file: version, localeText / theme keys / large-dataset sections; fixes outdated RTL pinning and Next.js optional-peer notes.
• README: benchmark and bundle-size figures re-measured, missing undoRedo / aiAssistant props, await printGrid, smoke-suite fixtures, comparison table corrections (MUI free editing and state persistence, AG Grid Community filtering).

Docs and CI only; no package release needed.
