EHelpService is the e4 replacement for IWorkbenchHelpSystem and removes the last PlatformUI reference from the bundle. Assisted-by: Anthropic Claude Code (claude-opus-5[1m])
The help contexts were registered for com.lablicate.installer.ui, a bundle id that no longer exists, so the id the wizard page asks for could never resolve. Drop the stale plugin attribute so that the contexts are registered for the declaring bundle. Enable the tray dialog help control so that the help can be reached by the user at all, and drop the context description so that the single Installer topic is shown directly instead of a context page linking to it. And make it show the documentation as part of the dialog itself.
