Can't install newest release

Title says it all. I don't know how to make the installation go through since it says something about missing a .msi file?

I just went through the installation process as normal but then it stops because I have applications open at all? I think?? I dunno.

Use Utility.exe for manual uninstall.
Then you should be able to install normally.

that's not true, it doesn't change anyhing? i can't uninstall it regardless, this isn't helpful

Did you run Utility.exe -> Remove Open-Shell?
Did the tool report some errors?
