Report vulnerabilities privately when they involve publication infrastructure, automation, embedded active content, dependency configuration or accidental disclosure of sensitive information. Do not open a public issue containing exploit details, credentials, personal information or confidential material.

Ordinary documentation errors, broken links and framework-design concerns should use the public issue tracker.
