    Accessibility Fix Complete

    • Read repository guidelines and understand codebase structure
    • Find the location dropdown component
    • Analyze current focus behavior when dropdown opens
    • Implement fix to focus on selected item when dropdown opens via keyboard
    • Test and commit changes

    Summary:
Fixed the keyboard accessibility issue where focus wasn't landing on the selected item after expanding the location dropdown using keyboard navigation.

    Changes made to src/scripts/clipperUI/components/sectionPicker.tsx:

    • Added focus management in the onPopupToggle handler that triggers when the dropdown opens
    • Implemented focusOnSelectedSectionInPopup() method that locates the selected section using multiple strategies (aria-selected, data-id, or element id)
    • Added focusOnFirstItemInPopup() fallback method for cases when no section is selected

The fix ensures that when a keyboard user opens the location dropdown (Tab + Enter), focus automatically moves to the currently selected section, improving navigation and accessibility as per MAS Focus Order requirements.
