Fuel level commands polled every 5 to 60 seconds; they now poll every second, as the app polls the standard 012F fuel level.

Fuel level now polls every second, the rate the app uses for the standard Service 01 fuel level,
012F. The app filters fuel level readings and needs several before it accepts a refuel, so at 30 seconds a gauge could stay on the level from before a fill for minutes.7E0 22 F42FLR4_FUEL_LEVELOnly
freqchanges, so no fixture moves. A debug command still asks at most every 30 seconds until captures confirm it for a year.
