Client Operations Platform for freelancers and small service businesses.
Persocon brings the operational side of a service business into one connected platform: clients, appointments, services, communication, payments, billing and day-to-day business management.
The project began as an appointment-management platform for my Proyecto Integrado (PI) in the Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web (DAW) programme. The academic MVP remains the foundation, but Persocon is now evolving beyond its original scope into a broader product for independent professionals and small service businesses.

Persocon is designed around the full lifecycle of a service rather than treating booking as the whole product:
discovery → booking → payment → follow-up → appointment/service → billing → ongoing client relationship
Its goal is to reduce the administrative work surrounding service delivery while keeping the experience understandable for small businesses that do not need the complexity of a full ERP.
Core product areas include:
- Clients — client records and connected operational history.
- Calendar & appointments — availability, bookings and professional time management.
- Services — management and public presentation of professional services.
- Payments & billing — payment status, invoices and connected financial workflows.
- Messaging — communication between clients and professionals with relevant context.
- Business operations — dashboards, reminders, workflow automation and day-to-day administrative support.
- Discovery — helping clients find appropriate professionals and services.
Persocon is not intended to become a general-purpose ERP. The focus is the operational layer around client-based service businesses.
The original DAW Proyecto Integrado established a functional MVP with authentication and roles, professional profiles, services, availability, public discovery, bookings, payments, billing, messaging, support and a SPA frontend.
The current product phase preserves that baseline while evolving the information architecture, user experience and commercial feature set toward a lightweight ClientOps platform.
The application source code is maintained separately in a private repository. This public repository documents the project's academic history and selected parts of its ongoing product evolution.

Some folders intentionally preserve Sesvia, the project's earlier identity, as part of the development history.
Persocon is in an active post-PI product evolution phase. Current work is focused on rebranding, product architecture, UX/UI modernization and preparing the existing MVP for a broader ClientOps direction.
The public documentation is therefore a mixture of:
- historical academic material,
- the functional MVP baseline,
- and newer product-planning documents describing Persocon's continued development.
These are living documents and may change as the product evolves.
Persocon is a product by LYNKORE.
The current symbol is being developed around a fluid P + connection/signal motif, retaining visual ancestry from LYNKORE while giving Persocon a softer, more approachable identity for everyday business software.
The image shown at the top of this README is the current logo prototype and may continue to be refined.
